 Wouldn't we want to own this country estate? Yet woe to the person who owns it but has no other means to upkeep it. One could turn it into a hotel. Another could sell it. Once he sells it, he could no longer stay in it. Also we don't know how many miles it is from the nearest high way or the closest train station.
